- 1. Tent operator was re-using old cardboard boxes for storing cooked pakoras. Advised tent operator old cardboard cannot be reused even with the addition of parchment paper as it does not fully protect food. 2. Garbage bags were used to cover boxes of cooked pakoras. Advised tent operator the black garbage bags are not food grade and cannot cover foods.

- 6 boxes of precooked pakoras were stored inside the tent on-top of a pallet, internal food measured between 15.1-21 deg C. Due to no temperature control and no written temperature log, product was discarded.
