      • The hose at the mop sink is hanging too low and is in contact with the sink basin. It should be shortened/adjusted to maintain proper air gap and prevent potential backflow.Hose was removed.

      • 1. The flooring near the dishwasher was worn and in disrepair.Ensure the flooring is repaired / replaced so that it is smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.

      • 1. Ice buckets were stored close to the paper towel dispenser which can lead to contamination of bins from wet hands.Operator moved ice buckets to protect them from contamination.

      • Prep cooler in kitchen measured at 8C ambiently and with internal probe thermometer in food.The prep cooler is not essential to the operation of the facility as there are other coolers in the cook line.ACTION:Please relocate the food until the prep cooler is repaired or replaced.

      • The glassware dishwasher in the bar area was measured at 0ppm iodine. The iodine supply bottle was empty, PHI replaced the bottle, primed the line, and measured 12.5ppm.Corrected during inspection.ACTION:Please regularly test the iodine and check the iodine supply is satisfactory.
