- At the time of inspection:No test strip was found for sanitizing the solution. Staff indicated it was ordered and would be received soon. Obtain a sanitizing test strip and check the sanitizing solution concentration every time it is made. Ensure to check the sanitizing concentration of the dishwasher as well.
