      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Four trays of raw eggs were stored at room temperature. Staff stated that the eggs were pulled from the walk-in cooler 30 minutes ago.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff transferred the eggs back to the walk-in cooler unit.
