- Corrective Action(s): Per operator, the chocolate milk was received earlier this morning in a delivery to the cafeteria.
- Operator transferred the chocolate milk to an alternate refrigerator at time of inspection.

- Corrective Action(s): 1) (Repeat infraction-noted on previous inspection report). Replace plastic shelving units with movable metal wire shelves to allow thorough cleaning of the pantry space.

- 3) Install wire mesh around the perimeter of the space above walk-in cooler to eliminate possible entry point.

- 1) Increasing frequency of visits from the pest control technician
- 2) Increasing the number of rodent traps in the food premises
- 3) Replace plastic shelving units in the pantry with metal wire shelving to provide easier access for cleaning and discourage pest activity
- 4) Follow any additional recommendations from the pest control technician towards mitigating/eliminating pest activity in the food premises

- There are walls and corners in the facility that have dents, chipped paint, and exposed drywall. These surfaces are not sealed or cleanable, and may attract pests. This violation was mentioned in the past inspection and it has not been correct (required date was September 2017).

- Repair all damaged walls and corners in the facility. Putty, sand, and paint the areas so the surfaces are smooth, level, durable, sealed, and cleanable. Failure to address this violation by the correction date will result in further enforcement action.
