- Observation: Ice machine has a mildew build up inside
- Corrective Action(s): Empty the ice machine, clean with soap and water, then spray with sanitizer and allow to refill with ice overnight. by Friday Jan 10/25
- This should be done regularly to avoid mildew build up.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottles and buckets all at 0ppm Chlorine. When machine first checked it was providing 50ppm Chlorine. Machine allowed to run for some time, then a bucket was filled and found to be at 200ppm.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure Quats sanitizer is at 200ppm every day with test strips. Purchase test strips from supplier, test concentration daily and record. By Friday Jan 10/25
