- The mechanical dishwasher was leaking and when it was tested for sanitizer it was showing 0 ppm chlorine in the final rinse. There was a chlorine smell and the towels used to clean up the leak were bleaching out, so it appears that the chlorine sanitizer was leaking and not dispensing properly.
