- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) One case of mouldy rutabaga was found inside cooler. Mouldy rutabaga is not fit for human consumption and could result in foodborne illness.
- Corrective Action: Operator discarded mouldy rutabaga.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) A tub of fat was left uncovered and open to contamination inside cooler. Uncovered food may become contaminated from other food products inside cooler and result in illness.
- Corrective Action: Operator covered fat during inspection.

- Observation: A large water puddle was pooling inside cooler entrance. Dirty water may splash onto stored food, resulting in contamination that can lead to illness.
- Corrective Action: Remove water puddle on regular basis and work towards preventing groundwater from penetrating into cooler.
