     • It was observed that unpasteurized honey is on display and for sale to the public in the facility. As per regulation, honey sold in a permitted food establishment and honey sold commercially must be federally registered by the CFIA under the Federal Honey Regulations. Please provide to our office the source of this product and ensure it is properly labeled.

   • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
     • It was observed that vaccuum packed processed meats were displayed at room temperature. The packages had been removed from the freezer in the morning and put on display with no temperature control. The packaged processed meat measured below four Celsius. The product was moved back to the refrigeration unit and stored at a safe temperature.
