      • Fail to indicate on the notice: CHILDREN SHOULD BE APPROPRIATELY ATTIRED FOR THEIR AGE AND CONTINENCE ABILITY TO PREVENT FOULING OF THE SPRAY/SPLASH PAD (E.G. SWIM DIAPERS RECOMMENDED)".
      • Fail to indicate on the notice: "NO GLASS CONTAINER, FOOD, OR BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED ON THE SPRAY/SPLASH PAD OR IN THE AREA IMMEDIATELY SURROUNDING THE SPRAY/SPLASH".
      • Fail to indicate on the notice: "RECREATIONAL WATER IS NOT INTENDED FOR DRINKING".
      • Fail to include "DO NOT USE SPRAY/SPLASH PAD IF YOU HAVE AN OPEN SORE OR RASH, OR ARE EXPERIENCING NAUSEA, VOMITTING OR DIARRHEA".
      • Fail to indicate on the notice: "NO PERSON SHALL POLLUTE THE WATER OR SURAFCE OF THE SPRAY/SPLASH PAD IN ANY MANNER OR ON THE AREA IMMEDIATELY SURROUNDING THE SPRAY/SPLASH PAD".
      • Fail to indicate on the notice: "NO PERSON SHALL ENGAGE IN BOISTEROUS PLAY IN OR ABOUT THE SPRAY/SPLASH PAD".
    • Additional signage is present.
      • Fail to post a list of the names, telephone numbers and addresses of persons who are available for resuscitation, medical aid and fire services;
      • Fail to post a list of the full name and address of the spray/splash pad, nearest main intersection and emergency telephone number.
      • Fail to post the bather capacity and hours of operation of the spray/splash pad.

    • Free available chlorine (FAC) or Total Bromine reads a minimum of 5 ppm but not more than 10 ppm in every part of the spray/splash pad, and at all times during the daily use period.
      • Fail to maintain FAC at a minimum of 5 - 10 ppm. Close spray/splash pad.
