   • 302 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
     • Observation: Ice cream scoops were not washed and sanitized every two hours. Operator reported that they will wash the scoops inside the Comfort Inn kitchen. This is not an acceptable method of sanitizing the scoops.
     • Corrective Action: Operator to ensure there is a sanitation bottle/bucket with the sanitizer. Operator to ensure the concentration of sanitizer used must be checked once daily to ensure its effectiveness.
