- There is still a bit of hole/open space around the black plumbing pipe in wall to the left of the handsink. Please close off gap for ease of cleaning and control of pests.The pull-out drawers on which the racks of clean cups sit are wood on the bottom. Wood needs re-sealing so impervious to moisture.

- Some of the dishracks need cleaning where there is some debris build-up on them. Please clean them or replace them.

- There were again a couple of mouse droppings on the floor in the chemical storage room; did not see any mouse droppings in any other areas.

- There was raw meat above ready-to-eat foods in the walk-in-cooler. Store raw meats below all cooked and/or ready-to-eat foods. Corrected during inspection.

- There were some mouse droppings on the floor in the chemical storage room and in banquet room/closet. Remove droppings and clean and sanitize area. Ensure mouse traps are properly set up (e.g. along walls).

- The following areas need cleaning:-floor in the dry storage room where there is a bit of debris-the ceiling vents outside the office where dusty-some of the walls in the dishpit areaPlease clean these areas.

- There were some mouse droppings on the floor in the chemical storage room and in the dry storage room.Please spray the dropping with a 1 parts bleach to 9 parts water solution, then remove them and clean and sanitize these areas.Pest control company is in place for the facility.There is a gap between the two back entry doors into the kitchen. Please close of this gap to prevent entry by rodents.
