      • Mouse droppings noted in the back kitchen underneath the dishwashing area.- Operator is to ensure to remove droppings using appropriate methods and thoroughly clean and sanitize all the areas.- Ensure that adequate pest control is taking place in the facility.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Ambient temperature at the front area display cooler was measured 11.8 degrees Celsius at the time of inspection. Operator agreed to place sandwiches and other perishable food items in the back cooler.- Please repair and ensure food items are not stored in the cooler unless the cooler is able to maintain temperature at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
