     • Observation: Evidence of mice; droppings were noted in the storage area, at the back of the walk-in cooler. (Public Health Significance) Rodents and other pests may cross contaminate foods and surfaces or contaminate human food with feces and urine, carry parasites and other diseases.
     • Corrective Action: Operators have mice traps in the facility. Aware having a professional pest control operator inspect the kitchen is recommended. Clean and sanitize area where droppings are located and monitor situation. Keep the facility in clean and sanitary manner and ensure all doors leading to the outside are properly sealed.
   • 312 - Items not required for food premises operation being stored on the premises [s. 18]
     • Observation: Observed items in the kitchen, not needed for the operation of the kitchen.
     • Corrective Action: Operator aware to de clutter the kitchen and remove any items, supplies, equipment not needed for the operation of the kitchen.
