- A sanitizer spray bottle in the kitchen contained bleach and lysol. The operator was advised not to add lysol disinfectant into bleach solution intended to sanitize food contact surfaces. Lysol is not an approved food sanitizer.The operator prepared fresh 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution during inspection.
