    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Spray bottle of sanitizing solution in the front serving area measured 0PPM. Staff were directed to refresh the sanitizer solution. Ensure that the sanitizer solution measures 200PPM Quats.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Cases of pop/drinks were stored on the floor in the coffee room. Ensure that all containers of food are stored at least 6 inches off the floor. 2. Bins of food were stored on top of a garbage bins (used as table). Do not use garbage bins as counter space. Corrected during inspection.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Some of the spray bottles containing sanitizer solution were unlabeled. Ensure that all containers of chemicals are clearly labeled to identify contents.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • A used cleaning cloth was stored in the basin of the hand wash sink near the baking area. Do not store equipment in the hand wash sinks. Ensure that all hand wash stations are accessible at all times. Corrected during inspection.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Build-up of grease and dust was noted on the inserts on the right side of the ventilation canopy. Some dust accumulation was noted on the wall above the hand sink near the baking area (right side of cooking line). Please clean.Spilled food was noted on the bottom shelf of the alcohol cooler in the front serving area. Please clean.
