      • The ceiling and floor tiles (near the ice machine) were not in good repair.- Install ceiling and floor tiles that are smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean.

      • Noted dirty rags were left on the countertop shelf.- Discard all used rags to laundry bin or in sanitizer solution after use.

      • The concentration of Quat sanitizer bottles was at 50 ppm.-Keep monitoring the Quat sanitizer concentration (200 ppm). The recommendation is to label the date & time when dispensed to keep track of its time.

      • No sneeze guards were installed at the dessert buffet station.- Please install sneeze guards/ pan cover to prevent customer contamination.
