     • At the time of the inspection, Oxivir disinfectant was being used as a food surface sanitizer. Because this product requires a wash step prior to use of food contact surfaces, the cafeteria should use the main kitchen's available QUAT sanitizer instead. Moving forward, food contact surfaces in the canteen should not use Oxivir as their sanitizer.
