This was brought back up to a boil during the inspection.X A container of soup was cooling at room temperature. The container of soup was placed in an ice bath during the inspection.

      • X Noted scoops in the dry goods bins were improperly stored. One of them had the handle covered in the product it was stored in. This was removed and brought to the dishwashing area during the inspection to be cleaned and sanitized.

      • X Staff personal lunches were stored next to food items and equipment used for the clients in the facility. Please remove.
