- A bucket of solution did not register any sanitizer when tested and quat in a spray bottle was at 100 ppm. Sanitizer was added to the bucket and spray bottle was refilled. Please ensure staff are testing sanitizers on test strips when preparing it.

- Vent in the ceiling above the cook line was surrounded by black dust on vent, ceiling and wall behind the prep cooler line. This can fall and contaminate food being prepared below. Please have the ceiling and wall cleaned and free of any potential contaminants.

- The ceiling vents above the cook line and dishwashing area are blowing black dust onto the ceiling and wall surfaces. Ensure all affected surfaces are cleaned and the vents cleaned/assessed to prevent further dust contamination.

- Two strips of fly tape were suspended over areas where food handling occur. Please remove the tape to prevent pests from contaminating food or food equipment.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Far back hand sink had the cold water turned off due to a leak. Water was turned back on during inspection. Hot and cold water under pressure are required at hand sinks. Lack of cold water can lead to scalding. Please ensure leak is repaired to prevent turning off the tap in the future.

Vents are not due for third party cleaning until January 2024, however there was excessive grease build-up on the front of the vents that has the potential to drip into food below. 2. cold tap at far end kitchen hand sink was leaking. Required: 1. Please remove grease build-up and clean all affected areas. 2. Have the tap repaired
