- 1/27. 1) There were disposable cups stored near chemicals in the pantry. These cups were discarded.2) Staff stated that they paper towels are sometimes used to dry dishes. All washed and sanitized dishware must be airdried.

- 4/3. The fridge located by the dry storage was unable to maintain a temperature of 4C or lower. Several food items were checked using a probe thermometer and had an internal temperature of 9.4C. All high-risk food items were discarded, and the remaining items were moved to the second fridge.No plans to replace fridge at this time. Will not be used.
