      • Observation(s): Repeat/ Unresolved: New water treatment installed (filters and UV). Permit application partially completed but no Construction Permit issued to date. Will assist operator to finish this with PHE. Wastewater system was assessed but not by a approved ROWP or P.Eng. Operator will require to have an approved person assess the sewage disposal system.
    • F2.2 Are proper pest control measures in place on the premises?
      • Observation(s): Rodent droppings were found behind chest freezers. Please clean with broom + dustpan and sanitize area with a 100 ppm bleach solution. Once cleaned and sanitized, please install baited mechanical rodent traps. Do not use chemical/ poison baits indoors.
      • F2.2C The premises must be maintained free of pests.
    • F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
      • Observation(s): Light fixture above processing floor is not protected from breakage.
      • F2.5J Artificial lighting must have shatterproof covers or shatterproof bulbs.

      • Observation(s): Health approval is ongoing. Approvals to the water system and septic system are still required.
