     • Observation: Dishwasher is unable to produce 50-100 ppm chlorine residual during the rinse cycle. All sanitizer jugs appear to be discoloured.
     • Corrective Action(s): Obtain new sanitizer jugs. Ensure dishwasher is able to produce 50-100 ppm chlorine residual during the rinse cycle. Use chlorine test strips daily to verify the concentration. Until the new sanitizer is provided and dishwasher is confirmed to be working, manually sanitize all dishware, utensils, and equipment in nearby sink. Follow the dishwashing sign provided. Correct as soon as possible.
