    • For invasive services an explanation of the procedure, associated risks and appropriate aftercare are provided to clients
      • For microneedling, after care instructions may include, but are not limited to: Direction to clean hands immediately before touching the site; expected healing time of the site; a description of possible complications and their signs and symptoms; advice on how to deal with slight redness, pain or swelling; a recommendation to consult with a physician within 24 hours if any signs of infection develop following the procedure; ointment may be applied to help prevent infection.
    • All reusable items and/or equipment cleaned and then disinfected or sterilized as applicable
      • Fail to provide and use an appropriate detergent to clean reusable items and/or equipment. Operator/PSW must provide and use an appropriate detergent to clean reusable items and/or equipment.
    • All items that cannot be cleaned, disinfected or sterilized must be single-use disposable
      • Fail to discard single-use disposable items and/or equipment that cannot be readily cleaned and disinfected or sterilized immediately after each use or when contaminated.     • Premises meets requirements for notification of intent to operate, additional services and reconstruction/renovation
