    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand washing sink in the kitchen did not have paper towel.Chef onsite instructed to refill the paper towel dispenser.Ensure that handwashing sink is accessible, supplied with hot/cold water, paper towels and soap dispenser for proper hand washing.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The weatherstripping at the back delivery door had a gap, that could be an entry point for pest.Please repair the weatherstripping.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 2 of the lighting covers in the dry storage were cracked, some part of the cover was missing. Discussed with chef onsite. Please repair/replace the covers.
