    • 02. Is all food in this facility from an approved source and/or properly labelled?
      • There were around 10 mason jars canned pickles, beet and eggs. Operator stated them they were made in the facility. They were not labelled. Please make sure inhouse canned foods are labelled properly.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Iodine test strips were not available onsite. Please make sure test strips are available onsite for measuring concentration of the sanitizers.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Counter surface beside the glass dishwasher, sides of the counter and flooring under the glass dishwasher were not in good repair condition. Surfaces were water damaged.

      • 1. Caulking around the hand washing needs to be replaced and requires cleaning. Remove the damaged caulking, clean the area with the disinfectant and reapply the waterproof caulking.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • *1.Cleaning clothes stored in the open container are prone to get contaminated easily. Please make sure they are kept in the close container.*2. Broken container was in-use to store ice, must discard it to avoid any contamination or physical hazards.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Bottom Shelves in the bar area needs cleaning. Keep the area clean and free from dust.
