    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There are some cracked tiles on the counter above the dishwasher. Please fix counter but recommend replace it with something more easily cleanable that tile countertop with wood edge (e.g. stainless steel).
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Overall cleanliness is good. Just the floor under the cooking equipment needs more frequent cleaning.Also continue to remove items not used/needed from the room at the back of the kitchen where freezers are.

      • There is a broken tile on the floor beside the deepfryer and some cracked tiles on the counter above the dishwasher. Please replace broken floor tile and counter should be replaced with something more easily cleanable that tile countertop with wood edge (e.g. stainless steel).
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Overall cleanliness is good, but the following areas need cleaning:-floor under and around the cooking equipment-room at back of kitchen where freezers are keptThe room at the back of kitchen and the office/room leading to walk-in-cooler need to be de-cluttered. Please get rid of broken and/or un-used items.

    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • There was an un-labelled spray bottle of sanitizer. Please label it.There was also a spray bottle of quat sanitizer that was labelled as bleach-water. Please ensure this bottle is properly labelled.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The kitchen dishwasher was not being used as problem with it continually running. Was advised repair company had been called and will use disposables as much as possible and will use 3-sink method to clean and sanitize re-usable utensils until fixed.As glasswasher is functioning properly, that can be used for beverage glasses.
