    • 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
      • It was observed that one of the staff members went outside to smoke and returned to the kitchen without washing their hands. Action taken:Instruction provided to the staff- ensure all the staff members wash hands whenever necessary such as after handling garbage, after smoking, using restroom etc. to prevent food contamination.

    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • A can of bug killer was noted under the sink. The operator removed it from the kitchen.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chlorine testing strips for pool were available. Please purchase chlorine testing strips for food facilities.
