- Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was stored in the windowsill and contained almost no detectable bleach. Remind kitchen users to refresh sanitizer with each use since bleach breaks down concerntration over time, especially in exposure to sunlight. Mix 1/2 teaspoon bleach to 1 L of water. Alternatively, the quat sanitizer can be used as a non-rinse sanitizer at 200 ppm.

- There are no bleach or quat test strips. Both sanitizers are available for use. Obtain quat or bleach test strips (or both), depending on which sanitizer is chosen for use in the kitchen and dining tables.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Paper towel was not feeding through the dispenser at the hand sinks in the kitchen. This was corrected during inspection.
