- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- Sanitizer test strips were available however there was no color comparison chart to determine concentration and appeared to be water damaged. Obtain new sanitizer test strips for any sanitizers used on site.
