      • The commercial ventilation system is overdue for service/maintenance. Please ensure the ventilation system is serviced regularly as per the manufacturer's recommendation.

      • No thermometer is available to measure the rinse temperature of the high temperature dishwasher at the plate level. Please provide a thermometer that has a maximum hold feature and implement use.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • The manager who is in care and control of the facility has not completed a food safety course. Provided the list of approved food safety courses to the manager to complete within in 2 weeks.

      • Chlorine/bleach and quat test strips were not available.Test strips are required to measure concentration of chlorine and quat sanitizer solutions. Oct 6: Manager was advised to have test strips.

      • Noted 3 light fixtures were without cover or were not protected. Operator advised the light fixtures would be covered within 2 weeks.
