      • The chlorine in bar glasswasher measured ~50 ppm. Staff will call a technician to visit site and recalibrate the dishwasher. In the meantime, the operator was advised to use high temperature dishwasher at the back to wash bar equipment.

      • The bar dishwasher was dispensing <200 ppm of QUATS. Operator will contact dishwashing company to repair. Ensure you have QUATS test strips to measure sanitizer concentration. Facility has a high temperature dishwasher that measured 75C during inspection. Operator will use this dishwasher. Operator was instructed to not use the bar dishwasher until it has been repaired.
