- The bar dishwasher was dispensing <200 ppm of QUATS. Operator will contact dishwashing company to repair. Ensure you have QUATS test strips to measure sanitizer concentration. Facility has a high temperature dishwasher that measured 75C during inspection. Operator will use this dishwasher. Operator was instructed to not use the bar dishwasher until it has been repaired.
