      • Ensure that all equipment that is designed for single use is discarded immediately after use.
    • Did operator discard sharps immediately after use into a sharps container?
      • Ensure that, immediately after use, all sharps (e.g., razor blades, credo blades, needles, lancets, scalpels) shall be disposed of in a sharps container that is located in close proximity to where the personal service is provided.
      • Ensure that sharps containers are disposed of in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act, its regulations, and any other applicable law of Ontario.
    • Did operator store and dispense products in a manner which prevents contamination?
      • Waxing: Do not reuse and/or re-fill roll-on wax cartridges on multiple clients.
