      • Detergent jar for the mechanical dishwasher was empty and there was no extra supply on site at the time of inspection. Thus, equipment does not have adequate supplies to effectively clean dishes.Ensure equipment supplies are adequate for effective cleaning and sanitizing dishes/utensils.
