      • Observation: OUTSTANDING: rodent droppings observed in the following areas:
      • -on boxes in the storage room (on milk crates)
      • -around the upright split door cooler/freezer in the storage room
      • -under the wire racks in the storage room
      • Corrective Action(s): Move back the equipment from the wall and clean area thoroughly.
      • Clean under all shelving units in the storage room
      • Sanitize area using a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution (mix 1 tsp bleach with 1 liter of water)

      • -Water leak stain noted on dishware under the 2nd small sink in the kitchen (across from sliding door cooler)
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the above noted areas and equipment, immediately

      • -under the green and chrome wire racks in the kitchen (across from dishwasher)
      • -behind and around the chest freezer in the storage room
      • -around the upright split door cooler/freezer in the storage room
      • -on boxes on shelves in the storage room
      • Corrective Action(s): Pull back equipment from the wall
      • Conduct a deep cleaning of the kitchen and attached storage room
      • Remove the droppings
      • Sanitize area using a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the facility receives a thorough deep clean to remove rodent droppings and dead bugs. Clean areas and sanitize using a mild bleach water solution (mix 1 tsp bleach with 1L of water)

      • Consider raising the bottom shelving in the kitchen storage room to provide easy access to clean under them
