- The kitchen range hood has visible soot and dark buildup, that require regular cleaning.Ensure- The range hood must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized after every use to prevent grease accumulation and fire hazards.- This requirement applies regardless of who used the kitchen previously.This issue was discussed with Stephen, who noted that the buildup may have resulted from a previous catering company that used the kitchen before the current operator.
