- 1) Observed two (2) burnt out light tubes for the ceiling light fixtures in the back storage room (e.g. - containing garbage cans of spices and stacks of flattened cardboard, etc.) - will need to reach out to an electrician to complete the replacement of these tubes with new ones.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- 1) Significant accumulation of ice build-up inside and outside the walk-in freezer (e.g. - on bottom of outside door, above inside of door, and along the ceiling fan units inside the unit).2) Same ice build-up on the floor inside the walk-in freezer which could result in a tripping hazard.During debrief, was informed by ownership that there are plans in place to replace the cooler/fan units with new ones to prevent future ice build-up in the walk-in freezer. Ownership has reached out to a contractor in Wetaskiwin to facilitate this work and currently there is no confirmed date for start of this work - pending.
