    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Debris accumulation on surfaces in reprocessing area. The area was cluttered as well. - Clean and organize regularly. A towel for drying tools was dirty in reprocessing area. - Changed the towel daily. A towel on a manicure station was dirty. - Change the towel after each client.
