- Many ceiling panels missing throughout the back food prep space/kitchen/storage rooms.- GM stated facility landlord had work that needed to be done and will have the ceiling panels replaced once work is completed. No leaks or issues to note at time of inspection.- Replace all the ceiling panels.

- - Clean the exteriors of the upright freezer at the back. - Dust, grime, grease were observed on the ventilation filters and canopy and at the back of cooking equipment. - Dust on the ceilings. Action required: - Please clean the ventiation canopy and upright cooler. - Pull out cooking equipment and throughly clean the back of the cooking equipment. - Clean the ceiling to prevent dust from falling onto the food being cooked below. March 15, 2024 update: - Cleaning required in between cooking equipment.- Dust accumulation on walls and ceiling tiles in the kitchen
