The facility’s permit states: “No deep frying or extensive grease-producing cooking.”Staff were instructed to stop deep frying immediately and to strictly comply with the permit restrictions.Deep frying requires a properly installed and functioning commercial-grade mechanical ventilation canopy/hood equipped with appropriate filters.
