      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): staff on site demonstrated incorrect manual ware washing procedures. Utensils were only briefly submerged in sanitizer solution for a few seconds before air drying. Quats solution @ 200 ppm
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure utensils/equipment are Fully submerged in the sanitizer solution for at least 30 seconds to allow adequate contact time to remove bacterial from the surface.
