      • At time of inspection:1. The infant change table security strap was not in good repair and requires replacement.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Install an "OUT OF ORDER" sign on this piece of equipment.2. Generate a work order to have a new security strap installed on the infant change table.

      • At time of inspection:1. The exhaust ventilation suppression system sticker in the deli indicates expiry is the end of NOVEMBER OF 2025 – SATISFACTORY.2. A water faucet within the coffee shop (compartment sink) was not easily capable of turning to the "off" position. Water appears to be constantly dripping into this sink basin.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Generate a work order to have a plumbing professional inspect this faucet and make any necessary repairs to ensure it is easily capable of turning to the "off" position.
