- Several mouse droppings were found in the storage area in the bakery department. Please clean and maintain this area.The facility is working with a pest control provider. Pest control services are conducted regularly. Recent monthly pest control records were available.

- The cooler seal in the deli department was in disrepair. Please repair it to ensure the cooler closes properly.

- The facility was generally clean and well-maintained; however, the following areas require attention:- Under the shelves in the walk-in cooler and freezer of the bakery department.- Mouse droppings in the bakery storage area.Please clean and sanitize.

- -There were a few mouse droppings observed in the following areas: underneath the shelves in the bakery packing area; in the corner behind the front display counter for baked goods and pastries. Ensure these areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Wear appropriate personal protective while doing so. Pest control company conducts visits semi-monthly. Reports were available.

- -There was some minor build up of crumbs underneath shelves, equipment and tables in the bakery.-There was some grease build up behind the equipment on the cooking line in the deli. -There was also some grease splatter on the wall underneath the stainless steel table across from the cooking line in the deli.Have these areas thoroughly cleaned to prevent attraction of pests.

- Vegetable Processing Area:- Sanitizer dispenser at sinks was not dispensing the QUAT sanitizer at appropriate concentration - bulk chemical bucket attached to dispenser was empty.

- Deli/Food:Perishable foods were noted stored in sandwich cooler maintaining a temperature of 10-12C.Staff moved perishable foods to another cooler close by.
