      • Produce Prep Area: Joints in the polished concrete floor have not been filled.- Seal the joints to ensure a surface which is smooth and easy to clean and to prevent possible chipping/damage to the floor.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Bakery: Black buildup noted around the edges of the in floor grease trap.- Cleaning is required.
