      • Observation: Black mould observed inside the ice machine behind the panel (working components). Mould can contaminate the ice.

      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the ice machine thoroughly. Ensure that the entire ice machine is cleaned and sanitized regularly e.g. every 2-3 months.

      • Observation: The back door leading to the patio (closest to the kitchen) has a gap at the bottom that is large enough to allow entry of pests.
