- It was observed that the low-risk foods preparation cooler displayed a digital temperature of 2 Celsius but had a measured internal temperature of approximately 10 C (measured with two separate AHS thermometers placed inside the unit for 15 minutes). Please repair the unit to ensure the internal temperature is below four Celsius.Update: The cooler fan is not working, and a new fan has been ordered. The new equipment shall be installed in the near future. An extension has been given to complete the repair.
