      • A boil water advisory was issued on May 22, 2026 due to the 2 most recent consecutive water sample results. Signage was noted to be present on accessible fixtures and taps. Hand sanitizer was available at kitchen hand sinks. Please ensure that the facility is supplied with potable water.

      • The high temperature dishwasher was observed to be out of detergent. Staff were asked to wash, soap and rinse dishes in the adjacent two-compartment sink prior to sanitizing in the dishwasher until more dishwashing detergent was obtained.Please ensure that dishwashing detergent is obtained and connected to the dishwasher to facilitate proper dishwashing of utensils and equipment.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The walk-in cooler fan cover was observed to be in need of cleaning at the time of inspection. Please ensure that the fan cover is cleaned to ensure safe and sanitary food handling.
