      • Ensure all products in storage are covered to protect from contamination. Comments Routine inspection conducted. Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold water, soap and paper towel. All cold-holding equipment meets health temperature requirements. Surface sanitizer measured at 200ppm chlorine. High temperature dishwasher measured 80°C sanitizing temperature at plate level. New glasswasher in bar area measured iodine sanitizer at 12.5-25ppm. No pest activity observed at time of inspection. Ventilation hood is due for scheduled service. Old glasswasher not being used, one is used for storage and one is used for glass washing.
