- An uncovered container of flour was observed on the floor adjacent to an open garbage can. Please ensure that all food is stored off of the floor and is covered to prevent cross contamination from occurring.

- The designated hand sink was obstructed and contained dirty dishes. Please ensure that there is a designated hand washing station that is unobstructed and accessible to employees at all times.
