- AHS pest control checklist was completed by operator during the inspection.Ensure that pest monitoring is completed monthly with the completed checklist kept on site.

- Deficiencies in vermin proofing were noted with no insect screen installed on the window in the food handling area and the floor concrete in disrepair under the exit door next to the kitchen. The weather stripping is not able to completely seal the gap under the door, creating potential entry point for pests.Ensure that all potential pest entry points are adequately protected with insect screens and maintenance work on the entrance area.
